Cour de France.fr is a non-profit association under the French law of 1901, which finances its work mainly through membership fees and donations.

By joining the association
– you support the enrichment of the website, with its virtual library and databases,
– you contribute to the financing of conferences organized by the association, and the publication of proceedings,
– you enable the association to support doctoral students in the publication of two theses per year,
– you help maintain the newsletter, which is published four times a year to keep you abreast of the latest developments in the field.

Membership does not commit you to any active participation in the life of the association, and is a simple way of supporting research on the court of France.

The annual membership fee is 25 euros, 66% of which is tax-deductible in France : the actual cost is therefore 8.50 €.
To take advantage of this deduction, simply declare the amount paid in box 7UF of your French tax return. When you join, you can download a tax receipt.
